Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Future AI Coders, we want every family to feel confident enrolling. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and make-up classes work.
1. Free Trial Classes
Trial classes are completely free with no obligation. You may cancel or reschedule a trial class at any time by emailing us or calling (587) 487-1422. No refund is applicable as no payment is collected.
2. Monthly Enrollment
Billing cycle: Monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of each month for that month's classes. Payment is due before the first class of each month.
3. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
- Before the month begins: Cancel by the 25th of the prior month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Full refund if already paid.
- Mid-month cancellation: If you cancel after the month has started, the remainder of that month's classes will be honoured, but no pro-rated refund will be issued for classes already available to attend.
- 14-day satisfaction guarantee: New enrollments may cancel within the first 14 days of their first paid month for a full refund, minus any classes already attended (calculated at a per-class rate).
4. Missed Classes & Make-Ups
- If your child misses a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- We offer one make-up class per month at an available time slot, subject to availability.
- No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes without 24-hour notice.
- Missed classes due to illness (with parent notification) will receive priority for make-up scheduling.
5. Cancellation by Future AI Coders
- If we cancel a class due to instructor absence, weather, or other circumstances, a make-up class will be scheduled or a pro-rated credit applied to the next month.
- If we discontinue a program, enrolled families will receive a pro-rated refund for remaining prepaid classes.
6. Pause / Hold
Families may request a one-month hold (e.g., vacation, scheduling conflict) with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. One hold per 6-month period is permitted without penalty. The student's spot will be reserved during the hold period.

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you paid by e-transfer, a refund will be sent to the email address on file.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and communicated to enrolled families via email.
