These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the futureaicoders.com website and enrollment in Future AI Coders programs. By using our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Future AI Coders provides in-person and virtual coding and AI education programs for children ages 6–18 in Edmonton, Alberta. Programs include group classes, trial sessions, and related educational activities.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment requires a parent or legal guardian to register on behalf of the student.
• A free trial class is available for first-time students with no obligation to continue.
• Monthly tuition is billed at the beginning of each month. Current rates are listed on our Programs page.
• Payment is due on the first of each month. Late payments may result in a pause of classes.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel enrollment at any time with 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Missed classes may be made up within the same month, subject to availability.

4. Student Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.
• Follow instructor guidelines during class sessions.
• Use provided equipment and software responsibly.

Persistent disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program, at our discretion.

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Ensure your child attends scheduled sessions on time.
• Provide accurate age and contact information.
• Notify us of any learning needs, allergies, or health considerations relevant to participation.
• For virtual classes, ensure your child has access to a computer with a stable internet connection.

6. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, content, and resources are the property of Future AI Coders. Students retain ownership of the projects they create during the program.

7. Photography & Media

We may photograph or record class activities for promotional purposes. We will request separate written consent from parents/guardians before using any images that identify individual students.

8. Liability

Future AI Coders takes reasonable precautions to ensure student safety. We are not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal devices or belongings brought to class.
• Technical issues during virtual class sessions beyond our control.
• Any third-party services or websites linked from our curriculum.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued enrollment or use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
